Ontology

Planned governed vocabulary for life stages, events, situations, user needs, services, transactions, roles, providers, jurisdictions, rules, requirements, evidence, channels, costs, outcomes, time and redress.

The ontology will map to selected terms from CPSV-AP, Open Referral UK, SKOS, RDFS, PROV-O and SHACL while retaining project-specific citizen-journey terms only where the source standards do not supply them.

The predicate registry is MIT-licensed repository vocabulary. Its mappings to CPSV-AP, SKOS, Schema.org, Dublin Core and PROV are references; neither the registry nor the SHACL-style family shapes claim formal conformance.
