# OKF change log

## 2026-08-08

- Completed the shared authority and source infrastructure with 382 principal
areas, 19 strategic authorities, 397 GSS geographies, 438 organizations and
  ten regulator/redress sector maps.
- Recorded seven active metadata-only source receipts and three additional
dated host-rights decisions without retaining any response body or snapshot.
- Expanded the local projection to 1,434 concepts and fixed record/search
sharding at the 1,000-record threshold after a real Explorer hydration check.
- Browser-verified Financial Conduct Authority search/detail, publisher-paired
`Ynys Môn` discovery, and shared HMCTS relationship navigation.
- Kept remote CI and GitHub Pages unchanged; publication still requires an
  explicit owner request.

- Authorized staged implementation of all 293 approved service families.
- Added 48 enclosing processes, governed predicates, dossier and link-receipt
schemas, SHACL-style shapes and an executable population-contract check.
- Merged the universal Explorer narrative and typed-source contract in
OKF Explorer PR #72 without updating GitHub Pages.
- Migrated six reviewed families into `life-course-family.v1` dossiers and
  projected 53 link-only sources, 602 concepts and 1,025 governed
relationships with JSON-LD, YAML-LD, locator, adjacency and validation data.
- Kept source snapshots, copied source content, remote CI and publication
  disabled.

## 2026-08-07

- Created the OKF v0.2 root and research overview.
- Scaffolded curriculum, ontology, life-course, journey, service,
  jurisdiction, organisation and evidence sections.
- Added deterministic local build and validation commands.
- Registered 13 bounded official links for the missed-rubbish slice without
  acquiring snapshots.
- Added four local missed-collection routes, their responsible authorities,
jurisdiction contexts and jurisdiction-specific external redress bodies.
- Added the normalized missed-rubbish model and synthetic ordinary and
exception journey with semantic regression checks.
- Registered 20 official links for learning to drive and speeding without
  acquiring snapshots.
- Added separate Great Britain and Northern Ireland licensing/testing routes,
jurisdiction-specific speeding branches, private dependencies and court
  redress boundaries.
- Added the normalized driving model and synthetic evidence-lineage journey
  with semantic regression checks.
- Registered 20 official links for death, bereavement and estate administration
  without acquiring snapshots.
- Added separate national registration routes, Tell Us Once and Northern
Ireland manual notification, three estate-authority routes and required
  private dependencies.
- Added the normalized bereavement model and synthetic journey with semantic
regression checks for notification and estate non-equivalence.
- Licensed repository-authored code, documentation and ontology terms under
MIT and recorded dated rights evidence for every registered source host.
- Added OGL attribution, CPSV-AP CC BY 4.0, Open Referral UK and HSDS CC BY-SA
4.0 decisions while retaining link-and-summary-only source use and zero
  snapshots.
- Assessed 142 external reference records against a 120-cell life-course and
jurisdiction denominator, with dated rights evidence and 12 follow-up gaps.
- Kept the exhaustive inventory link-only: no snapshots, source-content
redistribution, leaf-corpus expansion, CI or publication were authorized.
- Approved a named 293-family denominator in three staged acquisition waves.
- Approved the local-authority coverage and geography identifier model, manual
health links, regulator-first dependencies, five-level redress taxonomy and
role-based specialist review gates without authorizing publication.
- Closed all four local Explorer findings by adding governed relationship and
node build provenance, browser-safe authored-source handoffs and first-class
  licence/notice evidence.
- Built and browser-verified the approved 293-family large-corpus planning
projection with seven colour facets, static search and zero source snapshots.
