The chronological navigation spine from before birth to death and bereavement.
It will show possible branches rather than implying that one fictional person
experiences every service.

Cross-life situations such as disability, caring, unemployment, homelessness,
domestic abuse, crime, flooding and migration will connect to every relevant
stage.
