# Learning to drive and speeding source set

The [source register](../source/learning-to-drive-speeding.v1.yaml) fixes a
twenty-reference denominator for the second slice:

- six GOV.UK pages for Great Britain licensing, supervised practice, testing
  and full-licence output;
- five nidirect pages for the independently governed Northern Ireland route;
- the GOV.UK speeding route and the Great Britain driver-information statute;
- separate court and appeal evidence for England and Wales and Scotland; and
- separate Northern Ireland notice, fixed-penalty and appeal evidence.

No page was snapshotted. The dated
[rights decisions](../source/rights-decisions.v1.yaml) retain linking and
original narrow summary as the permitted project use. Observation on
2026-08-07 does not freeze a
deadline, price, eligibility rule, notice instruction or court procedure;
current official material and the actual notice must be checked before use.

The [GOV.UK step-by-step route](https://www.gov.uk/learn-to-drive-a-car) is
explicitly Great Britain. Northern Ireland facts come from nidirect and DVA.
Similarly, a common speeding label does not make the later England and Wales,
Scotland and Northern Ireland prosecution or court processes identical.
