# Repository status
- Lifecycle: local 293-family population-complete candidate frozen; foundation,
universal Explorer contract, three-slice dossier migration and shared
authority/source infrastructure and all eight corpus packs complete
- Corpus: root, research overview, 293-family denominator and all 293
population-complete family dossiers across 24 domains
- Ontology: three normalized slice modules plus the 16-predicate governed
cross-domain registry and SHACL-style family shapes; RDF conformance is not claimed
- Domain profile: v1 approved by the owner on 2026-08-07
- Fixture contracts: three synthetic v1 contracts approved and validated
- Acquisition: 89 exhaustive-inventory references, 53 implemented-slice
references, 45 Pack 1 links, 44 Pack 2 links, 45 Pack 3 links, 44 Pack 4 links,
44 Pack 5 links, 45 Pack 6 links, 45 Pack 7 links and 47 Pack 8 links, all
with zero snapshots; 29 source hosts and all standards
families have dated rights decisions; unbounded or unstaged acquisition is disabled
- Reference coverage: 24 domains by five reference jurisdictions gives 120
assessed cells; 96 national cells are covered at discovery-family level and
24 local cells use the approved authority/archetype/material-exception model;
all 12 tracked gaps have explicit population dispositions
- Licensing: MIT for repository-authored code, documentation and ontology
terms; source content remains link-and-summary only; snapshot redistribution
is disabled; eligible repository-authored projections are MIT
- Authority infrastructure: 382 principal areas, 19 strategic/combined
authorities, 397 dated GSS geographies, 438 shared organizations, ten
regulator/redress sector maps and seven active metadata-only source receipts
- Deterministic local generation: Markdown bundle plus 9,757-concept sharded large
projection, 879 typed source assertions, 15,810 relationships, record locator,
adjacency, JSON-LD, YAML-LD and SHACL-style validation report
- Semantic interoperability: `okf.semantic.json` declares the additive Bundle
Wiki YAML-LD profile over the deliberately small OKF 0.2 core. The canonical
16-file profile and vendor lock are mirrored byte for byte. All 15,810
generated directed relationships now retain absolute entity, predicate and
assertion IRIs, validated local routes, preferred and inverse labels,
status, scope, authority, derivation, observation time, evidence and rights;
YAML-LD/JSON-LD contains matching direct triples and reified assertions. The
canonical Draft 2020-12 schema validates all 15,810 semantic assertions and
all 15,810 runtime projections. The same assertions are available through
digest-bound official and normalised gzip planes and a SHA-256 route locator
with exact per-route assertion commitments. The merged Explorer strict
reconciler reports conformance with zero warnings. A reviewed 1,814-file
publication manifest freezes these bytes from `c38f927…`; manual workflow
run `31737084740` deployed them with the Explore overlay from exact merge
`d1efb6b...`, and cache-bypassed public verification passed.
- Evaluation: locked local `uv` validation plus visible public OKF Explorer
0.5.7 review; Reader/query, Narrative, Graph, Resources, browser source,
licence/notice and large search/facet journeys pass
- Population assurance: deterministic coverage, omission, link-health,
review-status and provenance reports pass with zero blocking omissions; six
visible search-to-source journeys cover national, devolved, local, health,
legal and private-dependency cases
- CI: scaffolded but disabled; pull requests do not run remote checks
- Remote: public GitHub repository after explicit owner authorization on
2026-08-09; complete source and history are visible
- Main protection: server-enforced pull requests with zero required approvals;
administrators included, conversation resolution required, force-pushes and
branch deletion disabled
- GitHub Pages: manual run `31746462699` deployed and verified the 1,814-file
rich-runtime base, Explore OKF overlay and small AI-retrieval records from
exact merge `aa6afca...`. Ordinary pushes, merges and pull requests do not
update Pages.
- Public bundle URL:
- First slice: missed rubbish merged in PR #3
- Second slice: merged in PR #4 with separate GB and Northern Ireland learning routes, GB notice,
England-and-Wales court, Scottish prosecution and Northern Ireland speeding
branches, dependencies, evidence, ontology, synthetic journey and semantic
tests
- Third slice: merged in PR #5 with separate England-and-Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland death
registration; Tell Us Once and Northern Ireland manual notification routes;
three estate-authority routes; private dependencies; ontology; journey; and
semantic tests
- Licensing: merged in PR #6 with the repository and source-family rights
checks passing
- Integrated review: passed locally on 2026-08-07; `REV-001` through `REV-004`
are closed with browser evidence for relationship provenance, node build
provenance, source handoff and licence/notice verification
- Explorer compatibility: universal per-record narrative and typed-source
access merged in OKF Explorer PR #72 after complete protected-branch checks;
the bundle retains seven reconciled colour facets and governed static search
- Population contract: 293 families map exactly once to 48 normalized enclosing
processes in eight review packs; population completion and release grade are
separate gates
- Publication readiness: the full corpus remains a non-release-grade,
population-complete preview. The deployed 1,814-file exact-byte manifest
includes the rich runtime and pins reviewed data commit `c38f927…`; the base
and Explore overlay identities and representative browser journeys passed.
- AI retrieval: Microsoft 365 Copilot could retrieve the short narrative for
the school-place family but not the 7.2 MB raw projection, so it correctly
abstained on stable ID, ordered steps, route IDs and review state. The
deterministic remediation keeps the full projection as the audit artefact
and adds one compact catalogue plus 293 complete family HTML records. Ten
deployed identities and the public catalogue-to-school browser journey
passed cache-bypassed verification after manual run `31746462699`.
- UI efficiency: six concise representative queries ranked the intended family
first or second and the missed-rubbish journey reached Narrative, Graph, 13
official links and a live GOV.UK page; three conversational questions and
the unmatched-query domain-browse fallback failed and remain Explorer
follow-ups
- Pack 1: 36 family-beginnings dossiers, service narratives, four-nation
variants, ordinary and exception journeys, 45 active source links and 13
competency questions passed local deterministic and Explorer review
- Pack 2: all 36 learning-and-transition identities are accounted for through
35 new dossiers and the preserved learning-to-drive slice, with 44 active
source links and 13 additional competency questions
- Pack 3: 36 work-and-money dossiers and narratives, 45 active source links,
13 additional competency questions and a dated HSE OGL decision passed locally
- Pack 4: all 36 home/place/transport identities are accounted for through 35
new dossiers and the preserved missed-rubbish slice, with 44 active source
links and 13 additional competency questions
- Pack 5: all 36 enforcement/consumer/justice identities are accounted for
through 35 new dossiers and the preserved speeding-notice slice, with 44
active source links and 13 additional competency questions
- Pack 6: 36 family/health/care dossiers and narratives, 45 active source links,
13 additional competency questions and manual link-only health routes passed
local deterministic and Explorer review
- Pack 7: 36 civic/enterprise/creativity dossiers and narratives, 45 active
source links and 13 additional competency questions passed local
deterministic and Explorer review
- Pack 8: all 41 overseas/later-life/death identities are accounted for through
38 compact dossiers and the three preserved death/notification/estate slices,
with 47 active source links and 13 additional competency questions
- Population gate: `ASSURE-001` complete; 291 dossiers retain visible
specialist-review requirements, two require none and zero have named
specialist acceptance, so release grade remains false
- Later corpus policy: owner-approved 293-family denominator and governed local,
identifier, health, regulator, redress and reviewer-role decisions; staged
population dispositions are complete while specialist appointments and
reviewed freshness remain tracked for release grade in the
